Shiromani Akali Dal (Amritsar) States that the armoury of the military is obsolete and stale.
It needs a new Government at the Center to buy military wares immediately like the latest Leopard tanks from Germany and stealth fighters from America and more Submarine than aircraft carriers.

Making more corvettes and frigates would be more beneficial than white elephants.
The Sikh strategy in war has always been to move fast with speed, hit and withdraw and than surprise the enemy again and again. We cannot afford to lose pilots in archaic crafts. If Premier Modi had such a strategy while Communist China was busy with its Taiwan affair, than their could have been a bargain for a status quo ante.
