Comments by Simranjit Singh Mann: Shiromani Akali Dal (Amritsar) states that with the hatred against the minorities, Tribal’s and schedule castes being stepped up by the BJP-RSS Union Government, the armed forces are being put on operational duty in Kashmir, the North-East and now on the seas and oceans.
Now it is the Navy that has to mind the Indian Ocean and the Arabian Sea and later perhaps the Malacca Straits as all the Islamic countries lie on these sea routes.
After the barbaric daily killings of Muslims in Jammu & Kashmir and assassinations of Sikhs in Canada, UK, Islamic Pakistan, Haryana and Punjab, the Hindu Indian state has to deploy its Naval strength in the Indian Ocean and the Arabian Sea to fight non state armies and navies. This is imprudent as the armed forces must always be in practice and training, safeguarding the integrity and sovereignty of a country.
Military out-stretch costs money and big empires have been dissolved as a result. We hope the BJP-RSS Union Government will put its house in order and govern the country constitutionally as secularism is an important structure of the constitution. India has never been ruled by force. Religions, races, castes, Tribal’s and schedule castes have lived in peace in times of good governance.
The Bible states be not overcome of evil but overcome evil with good.
