Shiromani Akali Dal Amritsar states that Apni Party President Altaf Bukhari must know that the Muslims have ruled India for centuries. They must behave as strong and brave people and not wallow in self-pity and grief. They should stand up like Sikhs who are a lesser minority than the Muslims.

There are rules and Constitutional guarantees that if they stand up and fight, they will live with honour and greatness. They must show their valour or they will be consumed by the omnivore’s belly of Hinduism. This is their last chance and they must think and live like Tippu Sultan of South India who said a day in the life of a tiger is greater than three hundred days of a jackal. We Sikhs admirer Tipu Sultan.
