US Congressional leaders may kindly have the Human Rights and democratic rights of the Sikh peoples addressed by Premier Narinder Modi. Simranjit Singh Mann, Member of Parliament.

Comments by Simranjit Singh Mann: Shiromani Akali Dal (Amritsar) states that US Congressional delegation of nine Senators led by Senate majority leader Charles Schumer must ensure that the Hindu Indian state does not trespass on the Human Rights of the Sikhs who are agitating on the continued imprisonment of Sikh Political Prisoners who have been languishing in jails for the last 32 years.

In 2015 the Hindu Indian state committed acts of sacrilege of the Sikh religion and massacred two Sikhs in cold blood. Arrests have not been made so far of the perpetrators.

The SGPC (Shiromani Gurdwara Parbandhak Committee) the Parliament of the Sikhs came into being by law in 1925. Elections to this House have to be held after every five years but for the last twelve years the Sikhs are crying for their democratic rights but elections have eluded them and their parliament is a Lame Duck Parliament. The elections to the Sikh Parliament are to be held by the Union Home Ministry which is run by Mr. Amit Shah the Union Home Minister.

We hope that the delegation of US Congressional leaders will have the Sikh grievances readdressed by the rightwing BJP-RSS Union Government of Premier Narinder Modi.

In 2000 Former President Bill Clinton visited THIS (Theocratic Hindu Indian State) on a state visit. During that period the Hindu Indian states Army massacred 43 Sikhs in cold blood in village Chitthisinghpura of Kashmir. This was an atrocious and cruel act by the army as the Sikhs in Kashmir constitute a small minority. This beastly inhuman act was recorded by Secretary of State Madam Albright in her memoirs. Our party has been to pillar and post to seek justice but the Sikhs who form a small minority in this country but we have yet to receive justice from the Hindu Indian state. The Congressional delegation may kindly have this case investigated by an independent agency as this barbaric act took place during the Presidential visit of the highest US dignitary.
