Minorities have no representation in the executive, legislature and judiciary. It is a majoritarian state. Simranjit Singh Mann.

The Tribune dated 13th January 2023.

Comments by Simranjit Singh Mann: Shiromani Akali Dal (Amritsar) states that minorities have no voice in the Parliament. It is sad but it is a packed house in which the majoritarians have a field day.

Similarly, the judiciary in the apex court has no Sikh Judges and the same is true of the High Courts in the country, where there is no Sikh Chief Justice of a Court.

Sikhs have little to choose between these pillars of the state as they have no representation in all three- executive, legislature and the judiciary.

The judiciary has not taken cognizance of the anti minority laws such as AFSPA (Armed Forces Special Powers Act), CAA (Citizenship Amendment Act), NPR (The National Population Register), NCR (National Register of Citizens).

It must also be said that Sikhs are not being recruited in the police forces of the Union Territories which are governed by the Union Government of the BJP-RSS in Delhi.
