Shiromani Akali Dal (Amritsar) states that we can never predict the military’s mind. It is like the changing seasons. General Min Aun Hlaing is a brutal officer like the Late Dada Emin of Uganda.

If General Hlaing loses power he will be tried for war crimes. As such he will never relinquish this perch.
