Shiromani Akali Dal (Amritsar) states that the same procedure now being followed in this molestation case should, even now be followed in the molestation case of Former Chief Justice of the Supreme Court, Mr. Ranjan Gogoi, who is now Member of Parliament, a gift after be molested a young lady while holding office of Chief Justice.

Sometimes the Supreme Court is also not correct and its orders are neither biblical nor solemn. After all article 14 of the Constitution states all are equal before the law. Then sauce for the goose is sauce for the gander.
