Death of third Russian raises suspicion that he may have been killed by Russia’s SVR. – Simranjit Singh Mann

The Tribune Dated 4th January, 2022

Comments by Simranjit Singh Mann: Shiromani Akali Dal (Amritsar) states that now a third Russian has died in suspicious circumstances. it is obvious he is a dissenter from Russia who does not agree with President Putin’s aggression in Ukraine.

Our Party demands that there should be an international investigation under the auspices of the UN.

We say this that the Hindu Indian state is hostile to giving political asylum to citizens fleeing from their country because of the political circumstances they do not support. The example is that of the Rohinga’s of Burma who wanted to seek asylum in the Hindu state, they were turned away because they were Muslims.

We would reiterate that Article 14.1 of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights clearly and unambiguously states that:

“Everyone has the right to seek and enjoy in other countries asylum from persecution.”

The Declaration on Territorial Asylum (1967) describes the principles on which states should base themselves in their practices relating to territorial asylum. One of the principles is non-refoulement: “the prohibition to forcibly send back a person to a country that is dangerous for the asylum-seeker. THIS (Theocratic Hindu Indian State) has been consistently violating its own constitutional laws (Article 51 of the Constitution) and obligations and International law.

Therefore the death of three Russian’s one after the other is suspicious.
