Shiromani Akali Dal (Amritsar) states that some times the Air Force should also ponder at the shame it brought to itself and to humanity after it bombed the civilian population of Mizos at Aizawal and dropped incendiary bombs on the innocent dwellers living in the Hindu Indian state.

We are yet to discover whether the Air Force had any role in Operation Bluestar of 1984, but bombardment of its own civilian population is a war crime as per the rules of the Geneva Conventions of War. This crime needs to be probed by the UN Human Rights Commission.
