Comments by Simranjit Singh Mann: Shiromani Akali Dal (Amritsar) states that the Delhi Declaration by the UN Security Council’s (UNSC) Counter – Terrorism Committee should also include the crimes of genocide, memoricide, vandalism and ethnocide committed by the Hindu Indian state on the Sikh peoples and currently on the Kashmiri Muslims in Jammu and Kashmir.

It should also have the UN Security Council resolution of 1948 enforced for a plebiscite in Jammu and Kashmir, the whole of it whether under occupation of Islamic Pakistan, Communist China and Hindu India.
