Comments by Simranjit Singh Mann: Shiromani Akali Dal (Amritsar) states that thank God Punjab and Haryana High Court wants to dig out racketeers amongst travel agents.
But our Party wants to know why it has stopped the investigation into sacrilege cases of the Sikh scriptures and why at the drop of the hat it is bailing out the Drug Lord?
Justices Sharawat, Bajaj and Sangwan have been responsible in stopping investigations into sacrilege cases to help Parkash Singh Badal, Sukhbir Singh, Sumaid Saini and Ram Rahim of Dera Sacha Sauda. Justice Gill has been very liberal in granting bail to Bikramjit Singh Majathia in the drug cases.
Now Majathia has demanded that the High Court cancels his FIR in the dangerous drug cases. We are waiting to see whether his writ runs large in the judicial circles.
We would request the UN Office of Drug and Crime to take cognizance of the wayward decisions of the Punjab and Haryana High Court at Chandigarh.
