Sikhs soldiers and officers should not be deployed in areas where the Hindu Indian state is engaged in fighting a civil war against its own citizens. – Simranjit Singh Mānn

Comments by Simranjit Singh Mann: Shiromani Akali Dal (Amritsar) states that  Sikh soldiers and officers should never be deployed where the Hindu Indian state is fighting a civil war against its own citizens. Such actions of the Hindu Indian state attract the lodging of war crimes.      

The Sikhs soldier Nishan Singh has given his life for the Hindu Indian state. But the state of Haryana and the state of Hindu India has not granted his widow any job of sustenance for the soldier’s family and parents.     

As in the Kargill confrontation the soldiers who gave their lives, their families were granted petrol pumps or Gas Agencies. This condition should also apply to the family of  L/Nk Nishan Singh as per article 14 of the constitution.         

We hope that the army hqs in Delhi would take care of this brave soldiers family and interests.
