US must put the Hindu Indian state on the red list as advised by USCIRF as it has committed the crimes of genocide, memorised, vandalism and ethnocide of the Sikh people’s. – Simranjit Singh Mānn
The Tribune dated 15th April 2022

Setting aside its relationship with the Hindu Indian state vis-à-vis the US confrontation with Communist China, we think it would be wise to heed the advice of the USCIRF (United States Commission on International Religious Freedom) and put the Hindu Indian state on the red list as advised by the USCIRF which we publish below from The Tribune dated 15th April 2022 :
as the Hindu Indian state has committed horrendous crimes against the Sikh’s and the Muslim’s, minorities, schedule castes and the Adivasis or Tribal’s.
This would help the US to contest its power with Communist Chine in the Indo-Pacific.
Sikh’s and Muslims inhabit the North Western Borders of the Hindu Indian state, with other minorities on the Eastern edge of the Himalaya’s where Communist China’s ingress is under operation covertly and overtly.
The Sikh’s have been subjected to the beastly Human Rights excesses having borne the crimes of genocide, memoricide, vandalism and ethnocide.
The crime of genocide perpetrated of the Sikh peoples has entered the law files of many US Federal State legislatures and they are no secret. We think that the US has declared 14th April as Sikh National Day, which we appreciate.
If the Hindu Indian state is brought on the red list it will brighten democracy, rule of law and human rights up-keep. The US can give a better fight to its adversaries by protecting the Human Rights of the Sikh’s and other minorities than going along with the Hindu Indian state giving it a carte blanche to carry out these abominable crimes against humanity. In any case the Hindu Indian state has no other option but to keep up good diplomatic relations with the USA.
We are happy that our Party has played a positive role in the Hindu Indian state’s improving its diplomatic and other relations with the USA.
