Bulldozing Muslim habitats in THIS (Theocratic Hindu Indian state) is not a democratic step or in accordance with the rule of law. – Simranjit Singh Mānn

The Tribune dated 15th April 2022

Comments by Simranjit Singh Mann: Shiromani Akali Dal (Amritsar) states that this is for the information of the Sikh’s. Communist China is marching ahead with its war machine on all fronts while the Hindu Indian state is indulging itself in petty communal disputes with its minorities, schedule castes and the Adivasis or Tribal’s. We represent the editorial written in todays The Tribune 15th April, 2022 entitled “Bulldozer Justice” which we reproduce below : Our Party is concerned about Communist China’s PLA being aggressively poised on the Himalaya’s and the LAC. If we read Indian history, we have a lesson that whenever there has been internal strife within India, India has not been able to prevent foreign rule and annexation. Similarly today if the US and the Hindu Indian state have reached some agreement on defence, we wonder whether the Hindu Indian state will meet the aggressor at the borders or will its security force be involved in settling internal strife? It is unimaginable that the state of Madhya Pradesh should use Bulldozers to raise Muslim habitations to the ground. As far as the Sikh’s are concerned the Union BJP – RSS Government of Premier Nerndra Modi is not holding elections to the SGPC( ) the Parliament of the Sikh’s that came into being in 1925 by an act of Law, for the last 12 years. This House has remained a lame duck Parliament all this while. We do hope the USA will make the Hindu Indian state follow the rule of law and its Constitution of 1950 if it wishes to have any understanding on meeting external threats.
