Shiromani Akali Dal (Amritsar) states that we are sorry to state that Army Chief General Manoj Panday has no knowledge of soldiery as the majoritarians have no military history.

Our party asks how will a tenure of a four year soldier master technology, gunnery, space, mountain, desert, ravine and urban warfare?

We think the art of modernizing the armed forces should be handed over to Sikh generals who have a long history a waging, defending and counter attacking adversaries.

The Tribune should also be a little more analytical regarding military matters as the Hindu state cannot still produce a jet engine and has no stealth jet fighter.
