Shiromani Akali Dal (Amritsar) states that assassinating Sikhs in foreign lands and within the country, a policy framed by Premier Modi, Home Minister Shah, External Affairs Minister Jaishankar and National Security Advisor Ajit Doval is also terrorism as Article 21 of the Constitution which states that no person can be deprived of his life and liberty without following the procedure laid down by law.

We appeal to the UN and the Western Democracies to include this policy as acts of terror as THIS (Theocratic Hindu Indian State) has assassinated Hardeep Singh Nijjar, Ripudaman Singh Malik and Sukhdool Singh assassinated in Canada, Avtar Singh Khanda in UK, Parmjit Singh Panjwar and Lakhbir Singh Rode in Pakistan, Deep Singh Sidhu in Haryana, Subhdeep Singh Sidhu Moosewala killed in Panjab.

On this visit to Russia we are certain that Mr. Doval must have learnt new methods of using the poison Polonium, which was administered by the Hindu Indian state to Avtar Singh Khanda in UK.

Mr. Doval and the Hindu state must also tell us under what circumstances Russian dissidents Pavel Antov and Vladimir Bidenov died in Orissa on 27th December 2022.

This regime of the BJP-RSS has a lot to answer about the killings of minorities, Tribal’s and Schedule Castes.
