A first by US to mention assassination of Nijjar of Canada. Simranjit Singh Mann, Member of Parliament, President Shiromani Akali Dal (Amritsar).

Shiromani Akali Dal (Amritsar) states that once again the US has indicted the Hindu Indian state in the assassinations of Sikhs and killing Kashmiri Muslims in extra judicial murders, which under the law AFSPA (Armed Forces Special Powers Act) have been justified that if the security forces in Jammu & Kashmir kill, maim, kidnap, abduct, murder, rape, molest, torture, detain any person for an endless time, with impunity.
This law contravenes Article 21 of the Constitution which states that no person can be deprived of his life and liberty without following the procedure laid down by law. Yet the Supreme Court which is the guardian of the Constitution is not willing to strike this inhuman law and declare it ultra vires the Constitution.
It is a positive step that the USA has supported its ally in the Five Eyes that being Canada, where Prime Minister Justine Trudeau had declared in his Parliament on 18th June 2023 in Ottawa that the Hindu Indian states agents had assassinated a Canadian Sikh citizen- Hardeep Singh Nijjar.
The Tribune dated 24th April 2024 describes the attempt to assassinate Gurpatwant Singh Pannu in the USA by “an Indian Intelligence Official.”
A lone Intelligence Agent can’t be held responsible for making the attempt to assassinate Gurpatwant Singh Pannu in the USA, if the Intelligence Agency R&AW, which reports directly to the Hindu Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi. This means that the attempt to assassinate Pannu was in the knowledge of Prime Minister Modi.
In Manipur the trouble is that the extreme rightwing BJP-RSS Union Government of Premier Narendra Modi is in support of the Hindu religionists against the Christens who are the targets and victims of rightwing Hindutva killings.
All this extremist religious Hindutva policy of Premier Modi is weakening the economic and military strength of the Hindu country, as a result the Hindu Indian state will remain a liability in any military structure like QUAD formulated by USA, Japan and Australia.
It is not easy to fathom the quizzical, intricate and devious (stated by J.S. Mil) mind of the Hindu, as it can be a reality that Communist China has occupied 39,000 sq kms of Ladakh land in 1962 and added another 8000 sq kms of Ladakh territory in 2020 & 2022, yet Communist China is one of the biggest trade partner of THIS (Theocratic Hindu Indian State).
As per the Munro Doctrine, the attack of Japan on Hawaii in 1941, crashing aeroplanes into New York Towers and the Pentagon by Osama Bin Laden, these acts were all acts of war against the USA. The USA dealt accordingly with Japan and Osama Bin Laden. Therefore, by making an attempt to assassinate Gurpatwant Singh Pannu a US citizen residing in New York also amounts to an act of waging a war on the USA by THIS (Theocratic Hindu Indian State).
Therefore, the Hindu Indian state cannot be dealt with soft gloves as sauce for the goose is sauce for the gander.
Now all the other three eyes- Britain, Australia and New Zealand must speak up.
