The Tribune dated 23rd April 2024

Sikh pilgrims must keep the sites from Gobindghat to Hemkunt Sahib clean and tidy and visit the Flower valley as well.
They must advice their Hindu associates that it is Hindu Dharma to keep the Hindu holy river Ganga clean and not eject municipal and toilet waste besides industrial waste into the holy Ganga.
Premier Modi is a Member of Parliament from Varanasi. Maharaja Ranjit Singh gave 1 tonne gold to the Hindu Temple Kashivishavanath in 1835, which shows how much respect the Sikhs show to other religions.
While stationed in Varanasi Mr. Modi should not flush his toilet waste into the holy Ganga.
All that the Hindutva state does today is commit acts of sacrilege, which our party disapproves of.
The river Ganga flowed clean during the Moughal and British rule.
