Our party thinks that the Supreme Court orders to transfer this case from Hoshiarpur to Gujarat where the BJP-RSS is hand in glove with these smugglers would invariably thwart a fair decision as many cases in Gujarat had to be transferred to other states as the judicial process in that state is not above board.
