Analysis of forthcoming Parliamentary poll in THIS (Theocratic Hindu Indian State).
The parliamentary poll of 2024 from the Sikh point of view- Simranjit Singh Mann, Member of Parliament, President Shiromani Akali Dal (Amritsar).
This parliamentary election in 2024 is being faught on communal and religious grounds. The BJP-RSS has prepared this ground over a long period of time.
It begins with Operation Bluestar of 1984, when the Congress party and the BJP-RSS in tandem launched a military attack on the holiest Sikh shrine The Darbar Sahib (Golden temple) at Amritsar.
In this attack, the up coming Sikh leadership of Sikhs was eliminated, that being Sant Jarnail Singh Bhindrawala, General Shabeg Singh, Baba Thara Singh and Bhai Amrik Singh.
It was the total distraction of the Sikh ethos and mind, whereby Sikhs slipped into Pakistan to take asylum.
After this Prime Minister Indira Gandhi and son Rajiv Gandhi committed the crimes of genocide, memoricide, vandalism, ethnocide and religiocide of the Sikh peoples with impunity, which were supported by the BJP-RSS.
In 1992 the BJP-RSS led by L.K. Advani demolished the Islamic Babri Masjid at Ayodhya with the consent of then, Congress party Prime Minister Narsima Rao.

This is printed in The Tribune dated 01st April 2024. It must be recalled that it was Mr. L.K. Advani and his band of vandals who pull down the ancient historic Islamic Babri Masjid in 1992. Vandals of Islamic and Sikh monuments are honoured in Premier Modi’s rightwing BJP-RSS regime.
Later the BJP-RSS Union Government led by Prime Minister Narendra Modi influenced the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court, Mr. Ranjan Gogoi to give a favourable verdict, declaring that the site of the Islamic Babri Masjid was in fact a place where a Hindu Mandir had stood.
In great speed thereafter the BJP-RSS and Premier Modi began the construction of the Ram Mandir at Ayodhya, which he consecrated on 22nd January 2024. This very fact charged the Hindu majority emotions in favour of BJP-RSS and Premier Modi.
On the other hand the Sikhs had been demanding the discharge of Sikh prisoners languishing in jails for the last 32 years. They also sought that the capital punishment awarded to a Sikh Balwant Singh Rajoana be annulled.
In the meantime Premier Modi had eight Indians who were on death row in Qatar pardoned and released. This added to his Hindutva agenda.
On the other hand Premier Modi’s Union Government in August 2019 abrogated articles 370 and 35A of the Constitution which gave a semblance of autonomy to Jammu & Kashmir a majority Muslim state. This also added to the BJP-RSS and Mr. Modi’s popularity for turning the Indian state into a fundamental Hindu theocratic state.
Later on 11th December 2023, Chief Justice Y. Chandrachur of Supreme Court ruled that the abrogation of articles 370 and 35A, the reduction of the status of Jammu & Kashmir as a state to a Union Territory governed by the Union Government from Delhi was Constitutional.
It was also ruled that the dissolution of the legislature of Jammu & Kashmir in 2019 was legitimate and Constitutional.
These dictatorial acts raised the popularity of the BJP-RSS led by Premier Modi in the minds of the Hindu majority.
Side by side to strengthen the feeling of Hindutva amongst the majoritarians Premier Narendra Modi with the aid of his Union Home Minister Amit Shah and National Security Advisor Ajit Doval devised a policy to assassinate Sikhs who favoured an independent Sikh state. The trio that is Modi, Shah and Doval then went about implementing this policy by assassinating Hardeep Singh Nijjar, Ripudaman Singh Malik, Sukhdool Singh in Canada. In Britain Avtar Singh Khanda who was of the same thought was poisoned to death in Birmingham like Russian dissenter Lt. Col. Alexander in 2006. He was administrated a dose of Polonium by Russian agents which caused his death.
Following this policy of assassinations the Hindu Indian state assassinated two Sikh leaders in Islamic Pakistan Parmjit Singh Panjwar and Lakhbir Singh Rode. Within the Hindu Indian state in Haryana Deep Singh Sidhu was assassinated and in the Punjab Subhdeep Singh Sidhu Moosewala fell to the bullets of his state sponsored assailants.
On the other hand Gurpatwant Singh Pannu, a Sikh US citizen was also to be assassinated, but the US Intelligence Agencies, with a tip of this conspiracy, had one of the conspirators arrested and the trail of conspiracy led to the officers of the National Security Advisor and the Director of R&AW.
President Joe Biden bought this dastardly act to the notice of Premier Narendra Modi while he attended a function in Delhi. Subsequently US top functionaries Secretary of State Antony Blinken, Secretary of Defence Lloyd James Austin, National Security Advisor Jake Sullivan and Director of the FBI A. Wray have all met the Hindu Indian government regarding these attempts of assassinating Sikhs abroad.
On 18th June 2023, Prime Minister Justine Trudeau spoke in his parliament in Ottawa, stating that Hindu Indian agents had assassinated a Sikh Canadian citizen Hardeep Singh Nijjar.
The Five Eyes were informed of these assassinations and their meeting held.
This is not the end or the BJP-RSS Union Governments policy of creating an aura of uniting the Hindu population on one platform to create the Hindu Rashtra.
On the other hand the Sikhs have lost their right to democratic practices as elections to their Parliament which was constituted by law in 1925, the House being named SGPC (Shiromani Gurdwara Parbandhak Committee), its elections have not been held for the last fifteen years and the Sikh Parliament has become a Lame Duck Parliament. The Sikhs have no democracy. The Union Government is responsible to hold elections to the SGPC after every five years.
Running parallel to tormenting and discriminating against the Sikhs, a new body of Sikhs was formed known as Waris Punjab De. It came to be led by Amritpal Singh who gave sermons to the Sikh youth to give up dangerous drugs and come within the fold of the Sikh religion. He began preaching going from village to village gathering adherents. When he became popular because of his anti-drug programme, he was arrested under the draconian detention law NSA (National Security Act) and packed away to a jail in Assam at Dibrugarh. He had already spent a year in detention recently and by popular demand the Sikhs wanted him released. But another year of detention was added to his imprisonment, which would mean he would complete two years in detention sometimes later this year.
Amritpal Singh and his associates were not released after a years detention, because the atmosphere BJP-RSS under Premier Modi were building against the Muslims and Sikhs, to polarize the majoritarian Hindus for the coming poll, would have been undone, this scheme of hunting down the minorities.
Farming is the major profession of the Sikhs who have been agitating for farm reforms over the years.
In December 2023 these farmers collected massively at Shambu and Khanouri on the borders of Haryana state to march to Delhi for the redressal of their demands but on the orders of the Union Government to the Chief Minister and Home Minister of Haryana state, the police and RSS’s workers fired gunshots and shot tear gas mixed with a poisonous mixture, shells at these peaceful protesting farmers, shooting some dead and injuring many.
The Haryana Police and RSS (SS Schutzstaffel) rioters went into the farmer’s camps destroying their tractors, trolleys and other equipments they were carrying to march on to Delhi.
This incident and atrocity perpetrated on a democratic, peaceful march by Sikh farmers also aroused a feeling of solidarity amongst the majoritarian Hindus who will now go on to vote collectively in favour of BJP-RSS in the forthcoming poll to Parliament.
This is in a nutshell how the BJP-RSS under Premier Modi has polarized the Hindu vote, to win in his own words 370 seats in Parliament, in a House of 543 members. Premier Modi has added 30 more seats to the political alliance that he and his party leads which will make a count of some 400 and a little more seats, he wins to Parliament this coming June to 2024.
This election is being fought on similar lines as the German Nazi, Nuremburg laws of 1935, which led to mass crimes of genocide, vandalism etc.
Our party advocates that under such circumstances a free and independent poll cannot take place and would advocate that the UN, UN Human Rights Commission, Amnesty International, US Commission on International Religious Freedom and other Western Democracies send in their fearless observers to judge this Parliamentary poll.
If what BJP-RSS and Premier Modi visualise, then perhaps a German Nazi like regime will mushroom on the Indian sub-continent.
These assassinations of Sikhs within the Hindu Indian state and abroad are not the handiwork of one so-called rogue officer but it is a policy of the Hindu Indian state crafted by the trio mentioned above.
