Comments by Simranjit Singh Mann: Shiromani Akali Dal (Amritsar) states that from this report in The Tribune dated 14th March 2024 it is clear that the Hindu Indian state has become and arch rival of the Sikh peoples.
In 1984 Prime Minister Indira Gandhi and later her son Prime Minister Rajiv Gandhi committed the crimes of genocide, memoricide, vandalism and ethnocide of the Sikhs.
It is now 40 years that the Hindu Indian state has not settled the Sikhs who are left with no option but to migrate to the Western Democracies.
Unless the Sikhs have their own separate Sikh national state, we do not think the Sikh problems and the Sikh issues will be settled.
We do hope the Western Democracies will make a note of the discrimination against the Sikhs by the majoritarian Hindu Indian state.
