Modi in Kashmir like a conqueror of the Muslman. The visit of Premier Modi to Kashmir is full of pride and boast and he is behaving like a boastful conqueror of Islam.
Kashmir’s are being forced to attend his gathering but at the same time, they are being humiliated by frisking. All visitors to his pompous show of strength made possible by the administration and the armed forces.
Kahsmiri’s have no democracy since 2019 as their legislature was dissolved in 2019.
Their religious practices have also been interfered with as the Meerwize is not allowed to lead the Islamic prayers on each Friday.
Many a time the main Mosque is locked and there are no Friday prayers.
The armed forces have ruthless powers under the law AFSPA (Armed Forces Special Powers Act) under which they can kill, maim, kidnap, abduct, murder, rape, molest, torture, detain any person for an endless time, with impunity.
This law contravenes Article 21 of the Constitution which states that no person can be deprived of his life and liberty without following the procedure laid down by law. Yet the Supreme Court which is the guardian of the Constitution is not willing to strike this inhuman law down and declare it ultra vires the Constitution.
It is sad and unfortunate that the Supreme Court has ruled that the abrogation of Article 370 and 35A of the Constitution was a right step but it has not seen into the cruel and beastly law of AFSPA.
The National Human Rights Commission in Delhi is silent on the repression being perpetrated by the security forces in Kashmir. We think that this Commission is simply hatching Polly’s eggs and whiling away its time playing pocket billiards.
The Hindu Indian state is ruling the minority states with repression, torture and not making investments in these states, as there are no jobs and young people are speeding to find jobs in Russia and even ready to risk their lives by joining the Russian Army.
Since THIS (Theocratic Hindu Indian State) has had very good relations with Russia, our party suspects that the Union BJP-RSS Government of Premier Narendra Modi is surreptitiously encouraging our youth to joining the Russian forces whose morale has going down and they are shirking their duty to face the Ukrainian on slaught.
Our party is aware that the Hindu Indian state does things slyly as it has begun assassinating Sikhs in Canada- Hardeep Singh Nijjar, Ripudaman Singh Malik and Sukhdool Singh assassinated in Canada, Avtar Singh Khanda in UK, Parmjit Singh Panjwar and Lakhbir Singh Rode in Pakistan, Deep Singh Sidhu in Haryana, Subhdeep Singh Sidhu Moosewala assassinated in Panjab.
We are aware that the Hindu state under Premier Rajiv Gandhi had a hand in destroying the Kanishka flight that took off from Canada and dived into the Irish Sea. The Irish coroners report categorically states that there was no blast in the debris of the Kanishka Air Craft.
Someday these questions will have to be answered like the Nuremburg and Tokyo Trials after World War II. The Bible states- Vengeance belongeth to me, I will recompense, saith the Lord.
