Comments by Simranjit Singh Mann: Shiromani Akali Dal (Amritsar) states that when a state which is communal and racial in character like Hitler’s Nazi Germany, it imposes restrictions on the spread of education, primary and post graduate.
This happened in World War II when Nazi Germany invaded Poland in 1939. The Nazi regime ordered the shutting of all Schools and Universities and Centres of post graduation learning in Poland. Similarly as the BJP-RSS Union Government is persecuting the minorities especially the Sikhs, it has adapted the same methods of Nazi Germany in education provided to the Sikhs and the minorities.
Apart from this we are aware that the Union BJP-RSS Government has also added a twist to its foreign policy and has begun assassinating Sikhs abroad as well as within the country in Haryana and Punjab.
In the USA it attempted to assassinate Gurpatwant Singh Pannu but timely intervention by the United States saved Pannu’s life. In Canada it has assassinated Hardeep Singh Nijjar, Ripudaman Singh Malik and Sukhdool Singh, in UK it has assassinated Avtar Singh Khanda and this gruesome matter is still alive as The Guardian reports (see the report in our comments on “Amid threats in Red Sea, India keeps patrolling options open”). In Islamic Pakistan the Hindu Indian state had assassinated two prominent Sikhs- Parmjit Singh Panjwar and Lakhbir Singh Rode, within the country in Haryana Deep Singh Sidhu was assassinated and in the Punjab Subhdeep Singh Sidhu Moosewala.
Now it should be clear that the Sikhs face an acute danger to their lives, liberty and property within the Hindu Indian state and it was former President of the USA Woodrow Wilson who had said extremist and repressive policies followed by Kaiser Wilhelm II were responsible for the out break of World War I. His policies were the precursor to what took place in Germany during the Nazi regime of Adolf Hitler.
Therefore, American Foreign Policy has never allowed religious and racial policies to threaten the minorities and weaker classes.
The United States Commission on International Religious Freedom keeps a sharp eye on such matters of persecution and the Sikhs have not been spared by the Hindu Indian state as in 1984 it committed the genocide, memoricide, vandalism and ethnocide of the Sikh peoples with impunity. Both the perpetrators of these crimes Prime Minister Indira Gandhi and Prime Minister Rajiv Gandhi suffered for having committed them.
We do not think that the prosecuted people should take the law into their hands and the International Criminal Court at the Hegue and the Nuremburg and Tokyo Trials should take place and bring all these scalawags before the law.
