Comments by Simranjit Singh Mann: Shiromani Akali Dal (Amritsar) states that we are sorry that a Captain has lost his life in a fire at Siachen, which means there was carelessness on the part of the army authorities.

Maybe, perhaps because of the newly recruited soldiers who have a tenure of only four years of service, which means the regime that came into being after 1947 has no experience in military matters.

There will be further losses if this recruitment policy is not reversed and proper methods of recruitment are followed which would make a soldier fully experienced in all fields of military knowledge.
