America will not budge from its basis principles on democracy and religious freedom. Simranjit Singh Mānn, Member of Parliament

We cannot take for grated American aid and partnership if we don’t understand the principles of how the USA functions, ie on democracy, human rights and religious freedom, Helsinki Awards etc.

Our party understands that the US has need for THIS (Theocratic Hindu Indian State) against Communist China. It helped this state in the 1962 war with Communist China. But strategically how can US help if presently Hindu Indian state is going in for extreme Hindutva radicalism.

The author appears to be a Punjabi, but if he cares to look at the Indian map, the present Hindutva Union Government does not get on well or accommodates the minorities living on its Western, Northern and Eastern front.

So how will American power ever hope to engage strategically with the extreme Hindu India state? At best it can be an alliance like Hitler’s Germany and Mussolini’s Italy. We know that the Italians surrendered before the allies fired their the first bullit. Most of them were kept in the Punjab’s Kangra valley.

The author must also study the mind of the US Commission on International Religious Freedom which is pressing the State Department to note that there is no religious freedom for the minorities and for the last twelve years elections to the Sikh Parliament SGPC (Shiromani Gurdwara Parbandhak Committee) have not been held, which makes this body a Lame Duck Parliament.

The author who is a General must tell us that if all members of QUAD are equal why the US had Australia cancel its order of conventional French submarines and promised instead to provide it with nuclear submarines. Lately the Hindu state has ordered stealth submarines from Germany, the question is why the US has not intervened and had the Hindu state cancel this order and promised to deliver nuclear submarines to the BJP-RSS?

This shows that even in QUAD the Hindu state is a subsidiary and buys nuclear submarines from Russia, which means Hindutva is not trust worthy.

On our plane if the Hindu state carries on with its extremist Hindutva agenda it will neither convince the American’s or NATO.
