In recent times two important cases of sexual harassment have come to the fore. One is of Sports Minister Sandeep Singh and the other of BJP Member of Parliament Brij Bhushan Sharan Singh. Since all criminal and civil cases are tried and decisions given on the pattern of Judgements of the Supreme Court and High Court’s, then it is essential that the case of Sandeep Singh the BJP MP Brij Bhushan Sharan Singh be investigated and dealt with on the pattern of Supreme Court Chief Justice Ranjan Gogoi’s sexual molestation of a lady employee. That would be Justice, as per article 14 of the Constitution, whereby all citizens are equal before the Law.

Our Party commiserates with lady wrestler Vinesh Phogat who has borne this great insult and humiliation.
