Comments by Simranjit Singh Mann:- Shiromani Akali Dal (Amritsar) states that governance is a continuous process, it cannot stop if the Governor is absent.

If the Governor goes away to celebrate New Years Day then he is neglecting his duties.

In the absence of the Governor then the Chief Justice of the Himachal High Court should swear in the new ministers.

The President must appoint Governors who are responsible and care for the responsibility that they shoulder. Our party is disgusted at the behaviour of the irresponsible Governor Arlekar.
