Comments by Simranjit Singh Mann:- Shiromani Akali Dal (Amritsar) states that the THIS (Theocratic Hindu Indian State) has been consistently abstaining from United Nation Security Council (UNSC) resolutions regarding the violation Human Rights in countries.

Myanmar is one of the prominent countries which are committing horrendous Human Rights violations. Presently the polite of the Human Rights of the Rohinga minority is in the news.

If the Hindu Indian state continuously abstains from voting against the Commission of Human Rights and forms an axis with Russia and Communist China on these vital issues, then we are afraid its cry for acts of terrorism is going to sound hollow in the International and domestic affairs.

No one can ignore the terrorism of the state in Jammu & Kashmir where under the barbaric law AFSPA (Armed Forces Special Powers Act) the security forces have the right to kill, maim, kidnap, abduct, murder, rape, molest, torture, detain any person for an endless time, with impunity.

This law contravenes Article 21 of the Constitution which states that no person can be deprived of his life and liberty without following the procedure laid down by law. Yet the Supreme Court which is the guardian of the Constitution is not willing to strike this inhuman law and declare it ultra vires the Constitution.

In the end we may say that the National Human Rights Commission in Delhi is doing nothing as regards its duties to safeguard the Human Rights of all citizens, especially the minorities, Schedule Castes and Tribal’s.

Our party hopes that the Hindu Indian state will not obstructs the movement for preserving the Human Rights of all Human beings.
