But nearer India the possibility of setting up bases in Burma and Islamic Pakistan is a possibility, but others we think will not come about, save some ports mentioned in this report in Africa.

In a hostile environment the Hindu Indian state will have to improve its relations with the minorities. The Supreme Court will have to jettison un-constitutional laws against the minorities which defy the Constitution which gives equal rights to all citizens. The National Human Rights Commission will have to pull up its socks as it is doing no work except hatching Polly’s eggs. Retired Judges who get sinecures in this Commission are all extremist, rightwing companions of the BJP-RSS.

Internal house has to be put together in the face of expending Communist China’s warfare policies.
