A report to the UN Human Rights Council by Shiromani Akali Dal (Amritsar). Simranjit Singh Mann (M.P.)

The Tribune dated 10-11-2022.

Shriomani Akali Dal (Amritsar) states that our Party wants the United Nations Human Rights Council to consider the Human Rights violations of the Sikh’s and other minorities living in THIS (Theocratic Hindu Indian state).
As far as the Sikh’s are concerned they have been the victims of grave Human Rights violations.
In 1984, the most religious and sacred place of Sikh religion the Darbar Sahib (Golden Temple) was attacked by the combined armed forces of the Soviet Union, Britain and Hindu India’s.
The Akal Takhat Sahib was reduced to rubble and 36 other sacred religious shrines of the Sikh’s were attacked by these barbaric forces, which committed the abominable crimes of genocide, vandalism, memoricide and ethnocide.
Later that very year, 1984, the Sikh populace of Delhi, Kanpur, Allahabad, Lucknow and other cities was attacked by fanatic Hindutva mobs at the orders of the then Prime Minister of Hindu India- Rajiv Gandhi. Once again the crimes of genocide perpetrated against the stateless Sikh’s have been committed with impunity.
In 2000 former President Bill Clinton visited the Hindu state and at the order of the then BJP- RSS Union Home Minister cum Deputy Prime Minister LK Advani, 43 innocent Sikh’s were massacred by the Hindu Indian state’s army in village Chitthisinghpura of Kashmir.
All these barbaric and atrocious Human Rights violations of the Sikh’s have taken place with impunity.

In Jammu and Kashmir today the populace lives under the inhuman and atrocious law – AFSPA. This law gives unlimited powers to the armed forces to kill, rape, molest, kidnap, murder and detain any Kashmiri with impunity.
This law is in violation of article 21 of the Constitution which states that no person can be deprived of his life and liberty without following the procedure laid down by law.
The Supreme Court which is the guardian of the Constitution refuses to declare this law ultra vires of the constitution.

Amnesty International has been asked and ordered to leave the Hindu Indian state.
The Adivasis or tribals of Central India who live in thick forests are dubbed as Naxalites and Maoists and killed in extra judicial murders by the security forces. What more can our Party and I being Member of Parliament say of the state of Human Rights?

The United Nations Human Rights Council may kindly take cognisance of these crimes against Humanity which also amount to war crimes.
I was on a visit to New Delhi on 30th October to 4th November 2022, I made a request to the authorities of the Tihar Jail that I as a Member of Parliament wanted to see and speak to some Sikh and Kashmiri political prisoners. I was refused the permission.

I entered the province of Jammu and Kashmir at Lakhimpur Border on 17th October 2022, but I was detained and not allowed to move further into this troubled Union Territory of Jammu and Kashmir I approached the Session’s Judge of District Kathua to allow me to go into Jammu and Kashmir to study the Human Rights conditions in that unfortunate territory I waited the order for the Court’s and Session Judge’s order till 20th October, but Session’s Judge declared that the Session’s Court would decide my case to go into Jammu Kashmir on 14th November 2022, but I as a Member of Parliament was not allowed to enter this Union Territory though the Union BJP- RSS Government allowed US and South Korean envoys to visit Jammu Kashmir having denied me permission. In a a nutshell these are the Human Rights conditions prevailing in the Hindu Indian state under BJP- RSS rule of Premier Nerandra Modi.
