The Tribune Dated 09th October 2022.

Shiromani Akali Dal Amritsar states that as has been the want of The Tribune, it has always distorted the Sikh facts and their history.

In this article The Tribune states that “Zorawara Singh”, the Dogra General who captured Ladakh in 1834″ is correct in a way, but General Zorawara Singh was a General of the Lahore Darbar (Sikh Empire1799-1849). Therefore, it was the Lahore Darbar that annexed Ladakh in 1834.

If we want to distort facts the Sikh would write that General Jagjit Singh Arora and General Shubeg Singh conquered Bangladesh 1971, but not India.

We wish that The Tribune would produce the facts correctly.

When Ladakh has been attacked by Communist China in 1962 and 2020, where the Hindu Indian state has lost a lot of territory, we do not understand why the Hindu Indian state writers and historians do not mention this fact of the Sikhs conquest of Ladakh. We want to know the exact map of the Lahore Darbar’s conquest of Ladakh in 1834.

Setting aside this misrepresention our party states that the Russian Tank T-72 is now and archaic piece of junk and the Hindu state for good defense of the Northern snowbound region, should buy the German Leapord Tank, as it is being readied in case the Russian invasion of Ukraine spreads into other countries of Europe.
