Stateless peoples like Sikh’s and Kurds need to be placed under United Nations protection. – Simranjit Singh Mānn

Comments by Simranjit Singh Mann: Shiromani Akali Dal (Amritsar) states that the kurds and the Sikh’s are sui generis sovereign peoples but at this juncture in their history, they are stateless. They need protection from the united Nation Security Council and a No Fly Zone should be created over the their geographical areas and habitats where no lethal flying object can enter. This no Fly Zone should be guarded by United Nations troops, like the United Nations Military Observer Group in India and Pakistan (UNMOGIP).
