Three Chief’s should do something rather than beat around the bush. – Simranjit Singh Mann

The Tribune dated 22nd September 2022

Our party is keeping a tag on the inferior weaponry and the Bloomberg report.

The Army Chief wants to Hinduise the army and abolish Sikh Regiments and Sikh Light Infantry Regiments which our Party and Sikh’s will oppose tooth and nail. First save Ladakh and then indulge in such communalism.

Shriomani Akali Dal Amritsar states that we have seen the statements of the three Chief’s of the Army, Navy and Air Force. All three are beating around the bush, but all three are not coming to the point of caring and protecting the Hindu Indian state’s border as in Ladakh Communist China has occupied more than 900 sq. kms. of territory in 2020 and in 1962 the Hindu Indian state surrendered 39,000 sq. kms. of Ladakh territory to Communist China.

The Sikh’s are mindful of Ladakh as Ladakh was annexed to the Lahore Darbar (Sikh Empire 1799-1849) in 1834.
The Army Chief wants to give up old traditions of the army and Hinduise it as per the diktats of the BJP- RSS.
The Naval Chief says there is far too much Communist China’s naval and fishing activity in the Indian Ocean. But we see no Hindu Indian Naval and fishing activity in the South China Sea and the Straits of Tiawan? The navy needs more Frigates, Corvettes and Submarines rather then Air Craft Carriers.
The Air Force needs stealth fighter jets’ all of which Communist China and Islamic Pakistan have.
All three services are lagging behind in their respective armouries of which 60% of the weaponry is obsolete. Even Islamic Pakistan has acquired stealth jet fighters.

In our Party’s analysis Communist China’s economy is far ahead than the Hindu state’s and therefore the latter cannot compete militarily with Communist China and Islamic Pakistan.

All the three Chief’s should think about these factors and till Ladakh is freed from aggression we would hope that the Chief’s should think about meeting the challenge rather than beating around the bush.
