The Punjab Government should begin the process of breeding the Indus Dolphin in captivity within the waters of river Beas by spreading a large net within the river and with such breeding, multiply the species as the Haryana Government in doing to in respect of the vultures, besides Punjab Government itself begin breeding the vultures and house sparrows. The Principle Chief Conservator of Forest (PCCF) RK Mishra must seize the moment. It will be historic.
