Comments by Simranjit Singh Mann: Shiromani Akali Dal (Amritsar) states that this is an unjust decision by the BJP-RSS Rajya Sabha Chairman Venkaiah Naidu as he is aware that his ruling party members of the BJP-RSS cannot be arrested and the Union Government is following an undemocratic policy of arresting opposition members of parliament. We think Chairman Naidu should be non-partisan.
