Hindu Indian state has insisted on importing Russian weaponry despite America’s law – CAATSA. Then USA must implement its United States Commission on International Religious Freedom’s decision to put the Hindu state on the Red List. -Simranjit Singh Mānn

Comments by Simranjit Singh Mann: Shiromani Akali Dal (Amritsar) states that since the Hindu Indian state is bent and insistent on breaching US law CAAT-SA (Countering America’s Adversaries Through Sanction Act), then the USA must enforce the decisions of its United States Commission on International Religious Freedom to put the Hindu Indian state on the Red List as it has continuously breached the religious freedom of its Minorities, Schedule castes and Adivavsis or Tribal’s.
The Sikh parliament (Shriomani Gurudwara Prabandhak Committee) has not held its elections for the last 12 years and is now a lame duck parliament. It came into being in 1925 by an act of law. The Union Government must hold elections to it every 5 years but the Sikhs have been deprived of their democracy all this while. Apart from this the Hindu Indian state has committed the horrendous crimes of genocide, memoricide, vandalism and ethnocide, all with impunity on the stateless Sikh peoples.
In any case our party fails to understand how the import of Russian S – 400 missiles will counter Communist China’s Russian war planes – SU 30, SU 35 and SU 57 as we feel no country within its national interest would manufacture weapons which can destroy its own manufactured weaponry?
Our party assures the Americans that the Hindu Indian state is in no state to defy defence ties like Quad and others if the US implements the decisions of its United state Commission on International Religious Freedom to put THIS (Theocratic Hindu Indian State) on the Red List. America has always stood for preservation of Human Rights and Religious Freedom from the very day in 1620 when the Pilgrim Fathers set foot on American soil.
Our party hopes that the American Government will act as per its law-CAATSA, as it would usher in a period of peace and tranquility for the Sikhs, schedule castes and Tribals.
