Shiromani Akali Dal (Amritsar) states that the Army Chief should hold drills to evacuate the PLA from Ladakh and Kashmir (Shaksgam velley) territories.

It does not make sense holding drills in Uzbekistan when ones own country is under occupation by other countries.

It would make sense if the Army Chief thinks that Uzbekistan with its armed forces and the army chief’s, will attack Islamic Pakistan from the West as the American state did in the case of Osama Bin Laden.
