The US should put a temporary moratorium on help to the Hindu Indian state till it does not assure, that it will not follow its policy of assassinating Sikhs abroad and within the country.

The US should also ask the Hindu state to handover the officers of R&AW and National Security Advisor’s office who planned the assassination of Gurpatwant Singh Pannu, a US citizen.

US should follow the same policy against THIS (Theocratic Hindu Indian State) as it did in the case of Osama bin Laden.
