Comments by Simranjit Singh Mann: Shiromani Akali Dal (Amritsar) states that there should be an International Commission on this dispute between Communist China and Hindu India on the allegation that the Chinese are renaming areas in Arunachal according to Tibetan and Han names.

I recollect that there was a tourist resort in Himachal which was named Chini but that name was changed to present day name- Kalpa, to over shadow the Chinese sounding name.

As this has become controversial we would like a non-partisan International Commission to find the truth.
