Voices from Communist China will become louder and shriller as THIS (Theocratic Hindu Indian State) moves on to become a hard theocratic Hindu state.

It has given up democratic rule in Kashmir and imposed the draconian law AFSPA (Armed Forces Special Powers Act) under which the security forces have power to kill, maim, kidnap, abduct, murder, rape, molest, torture, detain any person for an endless time, with impunity.

This law contravenes Article 21 of the Constitution which states that no person can be deprived of his life and liberty without following the procedure laid down by law.

Yet the Supreme Court which is the guardian of the Constitution is not willing to strike this inhuman law and declare it ultra vires the Constitution.

The Nimaz Friday prayer for Muslims has been banned and the Mirwaiz is always held in detention from Saturday to Sunday so that he cannot lead the Islamic prayers on Friday’s.

As for the Sikhs who are the original citizens of Kashmir, the Hindutva state has withdrawn the Punjabi language from the education system and the work in Punjabi in government circles.
