External Affairs Spokesperson should give logical statements as his Ministry states that the Hindu state is an emerging power? Simranjit Singh Mann, Member of Parliament.
The Tribune dated 16th March 2024

Comments by Simranjit Singh Mann: Shiromani Akali Dal (Amritsar) states that once again the Hindu Indian state is morally on the back foot when the US State Department has been critical about the abuse of Human Rights and the Citizenship Amendment Act (CAA) 2019, which we think is right and legitimate.
The Hindu Indian state has abused the UN Human Rights Commission, its own constitutional right to secularism by keeping the Muslim migrants outside the scope of the CAA 2019 Act.
Article 14 of the Constitution states that all are equal before the law, then how do the Muslims disqualify from being accepted as refugees as they too have problems within the states which are Islamic in character.
Then we have the Rohinga Muslims from Myanmar who have fled that country due to the atrocities perpetrated on them by the majoritarian Buddhist Myanmar state.
In what logic can they be kept away from seeking asylum in THIS (Theocratic Hindu Indian State) when the International law states – I would like to reiterate that Article 14.1 of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights clearly and unambiguously states that:
“Everyone has the right to seek and enjoy in other countries asylum from persecution.”
The Declaration on Territorial Asylum (1967) describes the principles on which states should base themselves in their practices relating to territorial asylum. One of the principles is non-refoulement: “the prohibition to forcibly send back a person to a country that is dangerous for the asylum-seeker.
The External Affairs Spokesperson contends that the Hindu state guarantees freedom of religion to all its citizens. But Article 25 of the Constitution states that Sikhs are a part of the Hindu religion, which is totally absurd.
The Sikhs are not only a separate religion but they are also a separate nationality and are seeking a separate sovereign state of their own.
Since 1984 the Hindu Indian state has committed the crimes of genocide, memoricide, vandalism, ethnocide and religiocide of the Sikh peoples with impunity.
Certain states of the United States have in their respective legislatures used the word genocide of the Sikh peoples in THIS (Theocratic Hindu Indian State).
It is clear that from beginning of the creation of the Hindu Indian state in 1947, USA has been in opposition to most of the policies of the Hindu Indian state regarding secularism and the up-keep of Human Rights.
In 1968 the Hindu Indian state used its Air Force to bombard the Mizo Christian peoples in Aizawal, the capital of Mizoram.
A part from this the Hindu Indian state has used its military against the Sikhs in 1984 when it struck the holiest Sikh shrine the Darbar Sahib (Golden Temple) with tanks, artillery, helicopter gunships and special forces.
In this diabolic misdeed the Hindu state saught the military aid of the Soviet Union and Britain. It is strange how the Soviet Union and Britain coalesced to aid the Hindu Indian state against the Sikhs, when at that point of time in 1984, Britain and the Soviet Union were at the point of exchanging nuclear blows against and one another.
Our party would reiterate that as recommended by the US Commission on International Religious Freedom (USCIRF), the State Department should put India on the Red List. We reproduce that suggestion of the USCIRF below entitled “Battle within USCIRF on putting India on red list” dated 15th April 2022 in The Tribune.

Our party is aware that the USA has some sort of a security pact with the Hindu Indian state. We will not state too much but only quote Abraham Lincoln who states “A house divided against itself cannot stand.”
Suffice it to state that the Americans will understand what may mean from the quote of Abraham Lincoln.
