Comments by Simranjit Singh Mann: Shiromani Akali Dal (Amritsar) states that Maldives has drifted away from THIS (Theocratic Hindu Indian State) due to the fact that the rightwing Hindutva regime of Prime Minister Narendra Modi has begun committing atrocities on Muslims.

Their Babri Masjid was torn down in 1992 and now with the approval of the Supreme Court, the RSS-BJP Union Government has built a Ram Temple over it at Ayodhya.

Then Jammu & Kashmir which is a Muslim majority state, its legislature has been annulled, the state has lost its status as a province and has been turned into an Union Territory ruled directly under Premier Modi, Union Home Minister Amit Shah and National Security Advisor Mr. Doval.

A ruthless law has been imposed in this Union Territory- AFSPA (Armed Forces Special Powers Act) under which the security forces have the right to kill, maim, kidnap, abduct, murder, rape, molest, torture, detain any person for an endless time, with impunity.

This law contravenes Article 21 of the Constitution which states that no person can be deprived of his life and liberty without following the procedure laid down by law. Yet the Supreme Court which is the guardian of the Constitution is not willing to strike down this inhuman law and declare it ultra vires the Constitution.

Even Bhutan is making a discreet shift from the Hindu Indian state and moving towards Communist China.

The Sikhs are also being discriminated as elections to the SGPC (Shiromani Gurdwara Parbandhak Committee) which is the Sikh Parliament, its elections have not been held for the last fourteen years. The Sikh have lost their democratic rights in THIS (Theocratic Hindu Indian State).

All is not well, other neighbouring states of the Hindu Indian state are also becoming rebellious.
