Comments by Simranjit Singh Mann: Shiromani Akali Dal (Amritsar) states that the new Forest Act has reduced forest cover for wild animals and the Tribals that live within these forests.
As a result tigers and other big game is fleeing these jungles, with the result that their will be a depletion in our wildlife big game treasures.
