Nomenclature of law is in un-understandable Sanskritized Hindi. No laws against state terrorism and assassinations of Sikhs in Canada, UK, Islamic Pakistan, Haryana and Punjab- Hardeep Singh Nijjar, Ripudaman Singh Malik and Sukhdool Singh, Avtar Singh Khanda, Parmjit Singh Panjwar and Lakhbir Singh Rode, Deep Singh Sidhu, Subhdeep Singh Sidhu Moosewala.
Prime Minister Modi should make a statement on the assassination of Sikhs abroad and within the country. We Sikhs and minorities need assurance that they would remains safe in THIS (Theocratic Hindu Indian State).
We would also want to know why the National Security Advisor, Directors of R&AW, I.B and Military Intelligence are not responsible and accountable to Parliament and why their secret service funds are not audited.
The International hunt and assassinations of Sikhs within the country and abroad signal a appeal of the BJP-RSS ruling party to the rightwing majoritarian voter for the 2024 Parliamentary elections that Muslims and Sikhs will not only be shot dead within the country but they will suffer death abroad through assassinations by the team headed by the National Security Advisor and the Cabinet Secretary and within the knowledge of the Prime Minister and Union Home Minister plus External Affairs Minister.
These laws are akin to the Nuremburg laws of 1935 of the Germany Nazi Party.
