NHRC has fallen into the hands of radicalised Hindutva. Minorities get no justice from it or the Supreme Court. – Simranjit Singh Mānn

Comments by Simranjit Singh Mann: Shiromani Akali Dal (Amritsar) states that under Chairmanship of Arun Mishra the NHRC has become a radicalised BJP – RSS branch, as it has not taken any action against the barbaric, communal laws legislated by the BJP – RSS Union Government like Citizenship Amendment Act (CAA), the National Population Register (NPR), and National Register of Citizens (NRC), AFSPA ( Armed Forces Special Powers Act.)
All these law defy the Constitution which members of NHRC and judges of the Supreme Court take an oath to protect it.
Lately the NHRC is dumb on the ban on the Muslim religious custom of Muslim women wearing the Hijab. It is also in slumber on the crimes of desecration of the holy Sikh scriptures in the Punjab and by the SGPC under which 328 holy scriptures of the Sikh’s have been fraduently sold.
We think the US Commission on International Religious Freedom, UN Human Rights Commission should take note as the Hindu Indian state has banned international Amnesty from its soil. This is scandalous and intolerable for the Sikh’s and minorities.
