Comments by Simranjit Singh Mann:- Shiromani Akali Dal (Amritsar) states that this is a good article written with reason by Mr. Julio Ribeiro. At heart he suffers from Sikh phobia and when he comes out of such attacks he writes well and with a lucid mind.

Actually when he joined the Central Services the UPSC had selected him for the Indian Postal Service but due to a clerical mistake he was sent to the Indian Police Service.

Since both these services when abbreviated stand for IPS, therefore, Mr. Ribeiro has a muddled mind and since he was selected for the Indian Postal Service he has relapses when he starts thinking like a postal officer.

Now let us see in what mind he will write his next article, as an Indian Postal Service Officer or an Indian Police Service Officer? In Mr. Ribeiro’s mind these two services are like Twiddle Dum and Twiddle Dee.

Anyway, the Sikhs have given Mr. Ribeiro a run for his money.
