Comments by Simranjit Singh Mann: Shiromani Akali Dal (Amritsar) states that the Union Government must frame a detention law for spurious drug manufacturers and drug lords who are spreading International hatred against the people here.

They must be sent to the frontier for five years on the LAC to serve their sentence under the armed forces laws. Their legal requirements can be taken care of by the Court of the Sessions which has jurisdiction at these scalawags stationing. They can also use video conferencing for their legal requirements. In doing so they would be giving back to society for their demeanours. They must provide logistics to the last post on the snowy mountain peak and be trained to retaliate in the face of enemy fire. This service would be like the French Foreign Legion.

Stuffing them in jails does not improve their charter and instead they deal in their notorious drug and other criminal activity even causing damage and murders. On the frontier they would be made men who could return to society as law abiding gentlemen.
