Comments by Simranjit Singh Mann: Shiromani Akali Dal (Amritsar) states that firstly the Constitution of India does not state that India is a nation. Premier Modi has not safe-guarded the interests of his country. The BJP- RSS Union Government of Premier Modi has surrendered 900 square kms of Ladakh Territory to Communist China in 2020. Premier Narendra Modi has legislated draconian Laws against the Minorities, Schedule castes and Adivavsis or Tribal’s. These are CAA (Citizenship Amendment Act), NPR (National Population Register) and NRC (National Register of Citizens) and the abrogation of Articles 370 and 35 – A, BJP- RSS and Premier Narendra Modi does not believe in Article 14 of the Constitution which states all citizens are equal before the law. BJP- RSS and Premier Modi do not follow the Constitutional law of secularism. Brutal crimes are being perpetrated against the Muslims in Jammu and Kashmir under the law Armed Forces Special Powers Act). BJP- RSS and Premier Modi do not allow the Supreme Court to adjudicate on these draconian laws which means the judiciary is conniving with the executive which is against the Principles of division of power between the legislature, judiciary and the executive. Horrific killings like the ones that have taken place in the city of Bucha in Ukraine are an everyday affair in Jammu and Kashmir and Muslims are killed like the Russians kill Ukrainians. If THIS (Theocratic Hindu Indian State) wants an independent probe to the killings in Bucha, so must independent probes be conducted into the Kashmir killings, especially of 43 innocent Sikhs massacred in village Chittisingh Pura of Kashmir by the Armed Forces in 2000 . The law of impunity prevails in Jammu and Kashmir and against the Minorities, Schedule castes and Adivavsis or Tribal’s.
