Comments by Simranjit Singh Mann: Shiromani Akali Dal (Amritsar) states that this is for the information of the Sikhs. Governments in Punjab are not responsible or accountable to the Sikh peoples. This has been the Sikh ordeal since 1947 when the Sikhs came under majoritarian rule of the Hindu and were ethnically cleansed from their Homeland in West Punjab which became Islamic Pakistan.

The world must know the Sikhs more to reduce their sufferings in the Indian sub-continent. In the case above it can be seen that the Sikhs get executed in extra judicial police and army encounters and for years they get no justice.
