Shiromani Akali Dal (Amritsar) states that the Hindu Indian state is not following the Constitutional order which states that no person can be deprived of his life and liberty without the precedence laid down by law.
As such these extra judicial murders are in violation of the Constitution and God given life.
Ordinary Communists are dubbed as Naxalites and shot dead by the police and security forces. The Union Human Rights Commission in Delhi and the Supreme Court of the India must take cognizance of these extra judicial killings.
